Executive, B2B verification - Phono
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- B2B verification: Verification of all documents from finance for all New B2B companies for OK
- Ensuring that all companies onboarded are genuine and credit worthy,
- Identifying risks with new companies and accordingly providing decision of accepting/rejecting to B2B
- Ensuring all TTs raised for verification is closed as per SLAs and no delays happens
- Ensuring that B2B KYC is followed for documentation for CPR and EPR.
- Checking any repeated irregular fraudulent pattern in KAM or customer behaviour for obtaining OK good and services
- Ensuring credit given to new and existing companies is as per their credit worthiness and payment behaviour. This involves checking financial performance, history, capital, market standing etc. of the companies
- Risk Identification and Assessment: Identify high-risk areas and Implement data mining and analytics techniques to uncover patterns and anomalies.
Senior Specialist, Learning & Talent Management
Key Responsibilties
- Identify Management/Leadership training needs on an on-going basis through needs assessments, and surveys with Leaders.
- Coordinate with the Talent Management Group Leader and the HR Director to determine the educational programs, services and resources that would best meet training needs.
- Plan and publish a six-month Leadership training calendar covering all leaders training.
- Contribute to the preparation of and approval for the annual leadership training plan.
- Assist in Developing, implementing, monitoring and updating employees’ career development plans in coordination with major stakeholders.
Team Leader, BID – Fixed & Mobile / FASTtelco Subsidiary of Ooredoo Kuwait
Key Accountabilties & Responsiblities
- Review and study all tender documents to ensure that all data required for participating are available..
- Attend pre & post contract interviews and clients meetings if required
- Evaluate the supplier quotations against the tender requirements and
- Preparation of Preliminary estimation, Budget estimation and share it with Line manager
- Prepare detailed estimation and cost analysis for direct cost
- Create the cost breakdown sheets.
Manager, Prepaid Segment Marketing (Large Screen)
Key Responsibilties
- Plan and execute the Large Screen strategy according to the company’s & individual segment objectives.
- Strategic management and development of the large screen product portfolio, offering & lifecycle management for large screen.
- Work with Sr. Director and lead the large screen budgeting, business & Roadmap planning.
- Be product owner for large screen throughout the life cycle. Conduct multi-year product planning to determine product life-cycle decisions, ensure consistency with overall marketing and corporate strategy.
- Full P&L ownership of large screen product portfolio
- Initiate customer insight and market research for supporting business objectives.
- Lead requirements, build the brief for the Market Research projects and get it approved by Senior Director.
