Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to Oil & Gas project teams
- Manage project documentation, correspondence, reports, and schedules for EPC projects
- Maintain accurate record-keeping, document control, and compliance with project standards
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings
- Track action items, follow up on project deliverables, and support timelines
Procurement Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement processes including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and purchase orders
- Select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and compliance
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers
- Monitor orders, deliveries, shortages, delays, and quality issues
- Coordinate logistics, transportation, and delivery to project sites
