Job description
- Helping in Handling Employee’s Life Insurance files and cases with the insurance companies.
- Sending Accident claims to the insurance company and following up with them under the supervision of superiors.
- Acting as the link between the Insurance company and the riders to complete all their needed documents for the accidents’ claims.
- Helping in Monitoring the riders’ fuel card usage and presenting timely reports.
- Issuance and recharging of cards.
- Handling any issues or enquiries related to the cards.
- Helping in Handling/revising Fuel card invoices
- Coordinating interview times with candidates
- Sending candidates interview venue location and all details and following up with them
- Helping candidates fill out interview application forms
- Responsible for New and existing employees’ data updates
- Helping in Managing database and filing systems
- Helping in Maintaining all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects
Skills
- Bachelor's degree holder, Fresh graduated
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages
- Transferable residency in Kuwait

المسمى الوظيفي
- المساعدة في التعامل مع ملفات وقضايا التأمين على حياة الموظفين مع شركات التأمين.
- إرسال مطالبات الحوادث إلى شركة التأمين ومتابعتها تحت إشراف الرؤساء.
- العمل كحلقة وصل بين شركة التأمين والركاب لاستكمال جميع المستندات اللازمة لمطالبات الحوادث.
- المساعدة في مراقبة استخدام بطاقة الوقود الخاصة بالركاب وتقديم التقارير في الوقت المناسب.
- إصدار وشحن البطاقات.
- معالجة أي مشاكل أو استفسارات تتعلق بالبطاقات.
- المساعدة في التعامل مع فواتير بطاقات الوقود ومراجعتها
- تنسيق أوقات المقابلات مع المرشحين
- إرسال مكان المقابلة للمرشحين وجميع التفاصيل ومتابعتهم
- مساعدة المرشحين في ملء نماذج طلبات المقابلات
- المسؤول عن تحديث بيانات الموظفين الجدد والحاليين
- المساعدة في إدارة قواعد البيانات وأنظمة الملفات
- المساعدة في الحفاظ على جميع السجلات الورقية والرقمية للمشاريع التنفيذية الجارية
