Company Driver (2 Vacancies)
Location: Amwaaj Dental Center – Kuwait
Joining: Immediate
Responsibilities
Safely transport doctors, staff, and official materials as required by the center.
Ensure strict adherence to pick-up and drop-off schedules.
Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned company vehicle.
Follow all Kuwaiti traffic rules and internal company safety guidelines.
Assist with clinic-related errands and logistical tasks when needed.
Requirements
Visa Status: Article 18 (Transferable).
License: Valid Kuwaiti Driving License is mandatory.
Experience: Previous experience as a company or clinic driver is highly preferred.
Local Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Kuwait’s roads and key locations.
Soft Skills: Highly responsible, punctual, well-disciplined, and presentable with good communication skills.
Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours based on clinic requirements.

Responsibilities
Clinical Support: Provide high-quality nursing care and assist physicians or dentists during medical procedures and examinations.
Patient Preparation: Greet and prepare patients for treatments, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
Sterilization & Safety: Maintain strict infection control protocols and ensure all medical instruments and work areas are perfectly sterilized.
Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate electronic medical records and monitoring patient vital signs.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the medical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth flow of clinic operations and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess a valid MOH License or have successfully passed the Prometric Exam.
Registration: QuadraPay registration is mandatory for all applicants.
Documentation: Must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your current employer.
Visa Status: Must hold a Transferable 18 Visa and be currently residing inside Kuwait.
Preferred Experience: Previous experience in dental clinics or medical facilities is a significant advantage.
Availability: Candidates ready for immediate joining will be prioritized.

المسؤوليات
نقل الأطباء والموظفين والمواد الرسمية بأمان تام ووفقاً للمتطلبات.
الالتزام التام بمواعيد النقل والتوصيل المحددة في الجداول الزمنية.
الحفاظ على نظافة المركبة المخصصة وإجراء الفحوصات الدورية الأساسية لها.
اتباع جميع قواعد المرور في الكويت وإرشادات السلامة الخاصة بالمركز.
المساعدة في إنجاز المشاوير والمهام المتعلقة بالعيادة عند الحاجة.
المتطلبات
الإقامة: مادة 18 (قابلة للتحويل).
الرخصة: رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول.
الخبرة: يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة كسائق شركة أو سائق في القطاع الطبي.
المعرفة الميدانية: معرفة ممتازة بطرق الكويت ومناطقها المختلفة.
السمات الشخصية: المسؤولية، الانضباط، المظهر اللائق، ومهارات التواصل الجيدة.

الدعم السريري: تقديم رعاية تمريضية عالية الجودة ومساعدة الأطباء أثناء الإجراءات الطبية والفحوصات.
تحضير المرضى: استقبال وتحضير المرضى للعلاجات، وضمان شعورهم بالراحة والاطلاع طوال فترة زيارتهم.
التعقيم والسلامة: الالتزام الصارم ببروتوكولات مكافحة العدوى وضمان تعقيم جميع الأدوات الطبية ومناطق العمل تماماً.
حفظ السجلات: المساعدة في الحفاظ على سجلات طبية إلكترونية دقيقة ومراقبة العلامات الحيوية للمرضى.
التعاون العملي: التنسيق مع الفريق الطبي والإداري لضمان سير العمل في العيادة بسلاسة وتحقيق رضا المرضى.
المتطلبات
الترخيص: يجب امتلاك ترخيص وزارة الصحة (MOH) أو اجتياز امتحان البرومترك.
التسجيل: التسجيل في نظام QuadraPay شرط أساسي لجميع المتقدمين.
الوثائق: ضرورة تقديم شهادة لا ممانعة (NOC) من صاحب العمل الحالي.
حالة التأشيرة: يجب أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18) ومقيماً داخل الكويت.
الخبرة المفضلة: تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في عيادات الأسنان أو المرافق الطبية ميزة إضافية.
الجهوزية: تعطى الأولوية للمرشحين المستعدين لـ المباشرة الفورية بالعمل.
