Responsibilities
Shift Leader Operation Engineer: Overseeing refinery and petrochemical shift operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Electrical Supervisor: Supervising electrical maintenance and installation activities, specifically focusing on offshore loading and unloading facilities and marine systems.
Instrument Supervisor: Managing the calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of sophisticated instrumentation within offshore and marine operational environments.
Technical Oversight: Monitoring Sulphur Plants, Tank Farms, and Sea Island operations to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Shift Leader: Minimum of 14+ years of experience in Refinery or Petrochemical industries.
Electrical Supervisor: Minimum of 10+ years of experience, with a heavy focus on Offshore / Loading & Unloading.
Instrument Supervisor: Minimum of 12+ years of experience, specializing in Offshore / Loading & Unloading.
Specialized Knowledge: Mandatory experience in Sulphur Plants, Tank Farms, and Sea Island / Marine Operations for all roles.
Location: Candidates must be ready to work on-site in Kuwait.

مهندس عمليات (قائد وردية): الإشراف على ورديات العمل في المصافي والبتروكيماويات، وضمان تحقيق أهداف الإنتاج مع الالتزام الصارم ببروتوكولات السلامة والجودة.
مشرف كهرباء: الإشراف على أنشطة الصيانة والتركيبات الكهربائية، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على مرافق التحميل والتفريغ البحرية والأنظمة الملاحية.
مشرف أجهزة دقيقة: إدارة عمليات المعايرة والصيانة وإصلاح الأعطال للأجهزة الدقيقة المتطورة في بيئات العمل البحرية (Offshore).
