Loss & Prevention Manager

Key Responsibilities

Loss Prevention Core Functions:
Minimize and mitigate financial losses related to theft, accidents, occupational hazards, shoplifting, vandalism, fraud, food safety issues, and other risks.
Develop programs to detect safety issues and security violations, implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal departments, law enforcement, and external agencies on business and legal matters.

Pay: From KD600.000 per month

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across restaurants/outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations
Monitor operational KPIs including sales performance, labor productivity, food cost, and waste control

Pay: From KD900.000 per month

Purchase Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate suppliers; negotiate prices and contracts
Create and process purchase orders

تطوير برامج للكشف عن المشكلات الأمنية والانتهاكات الأمنية، وتنفيذ تدابير وقائية لتجنب تكرارها.
التواصل والتعاون بفعالية مع الإدارات الداخلية وجهات إنفاذ القانون والوكالات الخارجية بشأن المسائل التجارية والقانونية.
