• Service Electrician

Responsibilities

• Systems Integration: Install, commission, and test generator systems, ensuring seamless synchronization with MTS and ATS panels.

• Specialized Maintenance: Perform precision wiring, fault diagnosis, and repairs on diesel generators, agricultural tractors, and battery-powered equipment.

• Technical Diagnostics: Troubleshoot control panels, sensors, relays, and protection systems using electrical schematics and technical manuals.

• Field Excellence: Conduct on-site service visits and provide emergency breakdown support to ensure client operational continuity.

• Quality Assurance: Lead pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and report all technical findings clearly to the service team.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or technical certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience, specifically with control panels, ATS/MTS systems, and electrical troubleshooting.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong ability to interpret electrical drawings and a solid understanding of both AC and DC systems.

• Competencies: A problem-solving mindset with the ability to diagnose root causes rather than just replacing parts.

• Location & Mobility: Field service experience within Kuwait or the GCC and a valid driving license are highly preferred.

• فني كهرباء صيانة (Service Electrician)

المسئوليات

• تركيب الأنظمة: تركيب وتشغيل واختبار أنظمة المولدات، مع ضمان المزامنة الكاملة مع لوحات التحويل اليدوية (MTS) والآلية (ATS).

• الصيانة المتخصصة: تنفيذ أعمال التمديدات الكهربائية، تشخيص الأعطال، وإصلاح مولدات الديزل والمعدات الزراعية والمعدات التي تعمل بالبطاريات.

• التشخيص الفني: استكشاف أخطاء لوحات التحكم، الحساسات، والمرحلات (Relays) باستخدام المخططات الكهربائية والكتيبات الفنية.

• الدعم الميداني: القيام بزيارات الخدمة الموقعيه وتقديم الدعم الفني الطارئ في حالات الأعطال لضمان استمرارية عمل معدات العملاء.

• ضبط الجودة: الإشراف على عمليات الفحص قبل التسليم (PDI) وتقديم تقارير فنية واضحة لفريق الخدمة.

المتطلبات

• المؤهل العلمي: دبلوم أو شهادة فنية في الهندسة الكهربائية أو تخصص ذو صلة.

• الخبرة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية، خاصة في لوحات التحكم، أنظمة ATS/MTS، واستكشاف الأعطال الكهربائية.

• المعرفة الفنية: قدرة عالية على قراءة المخططات الكهربائية وإلمام تام بأنظمة التيار المتردد (AC) والتيار المستمر (DC).

• الكفاءات الشخصية: عقلية تحليلية تركز على حل المشكلات وتشخيص الأسباب الجذرية للعطل بدلاً من مجرد استبدال القطع.

• الموقع والتنقل: يفضل من لديه خبرة ميدانية داخل الكويت أو دول الخليج، وامتلاك رخصة قيادة (ميزة إضافية قوية).
