• Interior Engineer

Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Oversee interior fit-out operations from inception to completion, ensuring all works align with technical drawings and quality standards.

• Site Coordination: Manage onsite activities, coordinating between subcontractors, vendors, and the design team to maintain a seamless workflow.

• Technical Oversight: Apply deep knowledge of construction methods and materials to solve complex onsite engineering challenges.

• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure craftsmanship meets the high-end requirements of the luxury fit-out market.

• Communication: Serve as a bilingual liaison between clients and the project team, providing clear technical reports and updates.

Requirements

• Sector Expertise: Proven experience specifically within the interior fit-out and construction industry.

• Regional Experience: A minimum period of professional experience within Kuwait or the GCC countries is mandatory.

• Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of modern construction materials, interior detailing, and site management protocols.

• Core Competencies: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively both independently and within a collaborative team.

• مهندس ديكور داخلي (Interior Engineer)

المسئوليات

• تنفيذ المشاريع: الإشراف على عمليات التجهيزات الداخلية (Fit-out) من البداية وحتى التسليم، لضمان مطابقة الأعمال للمخططات الفنية ومعايير الجودة.

• التنسيق الموقعي: إدارة الأنشطة الميدانية والتنسيق بين مقاولي الباطن والموردين وفريق التصميم لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.

• الإشراف الفني: تطبيق المعرفة العميقة بأساليب الإنشاء والمواد المستخدمة لحل التحديات الهندسية المعقدة في الموقع.

• ضبط الجودة: إجراء عمليات تفتيش دورية لضمان وصول مستوى التنفيذ إلى المعايير العالية المطلوبة في سوق التجهيزات الفاخرة.

• التواصل: القيام بدور حلقة الوصل باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية بين العملاء وفريق المشروع، وتقديم تقارير فنية واضحة.

المتطلبات

• الخبرة القطاعية: خبرة مثبتة في مجال المقاولات والتجهيزات الداخلية (Interior Fit-out).

• الخبرة الإقليمية: خبرة عمل سابقة داخل دولة الكويت أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (شرط أساسي).

• المهارات اللغوية: إجادة تامة للغتين العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.

• الكفاءة التقنية: إلمام قوي بمواد البناء الحديثة، تفاصيل الديكور الداخلي، وبروتوكولات إدارة المواقع.

• الكفاءات الأساسية: مهارات استثنائية في حل المشكلات والقدرة على العمل بكفاءة بشكل مستقل أو ضمن فريق عمل.
