• Gas Generator Operator

Responsibilities

• Operational Control: Oversee the start-up, shutdown, and continuous monitoring of gas-powered generators to ensure a steady power supply for site operations.

• Performance Monitoring: Track and record essential metrics including voltage, load, temperature, and fuel consumption to maintain peak efficiency.

• Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine preventive maintenance and execute minor troubleshooting and repairs to prevent operational downtime.

• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines and company safety protocols to maintain a secure work area.

• Reporting: Maintain detailed logs of performance data and maintenance activities, coordinating with specialized teams for major technical interventions.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Gas Generator Operator, specifically within the Oil & Gas industry.

• Education: Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on knowledge of gas-powered systems, generator control panels, and basic electrical principles.

• Site Readiness: Ability to work independently under field conditions; experience at drilling or wellsite locations is highly preferred.

• System Knowledge: Familiarity with Caterpillar, Cummins, or similar industrial generator systems is an advantage.

• Availability: Must be an immediate joiner currently residing in Kuwait.

المسئوليات

• التحكم التشغيلي: الإشراف على عمليات تشغيل وإيقاف ومراقبة مولدات الغاز لضمان إمداد مستمر للطاقة لمواقع العمل.

• مراقبة الأداء: تتبع وتسجيل المؤشرات الأساسية مثل الجهد، الحمل، درجة الحرارة، واستهلاك الوقود لضمان أعلى مستويات الكفاءة.

• الصيانة والإصلاح: إجراء أعمال الصيانة الوقائية الدورية وتنفيذ عمليات استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها البسيطة لتجنب توقف العمليات.

• السلامة والامتثال: الالتزام الصارم بجميع إرشادات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) وبروتوكولات الشركة للحفاظ على منطقة عمل آمنة.

• التوثيق: الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة لبيانات الأداء وأنشطة الصيانة، والتنسيق مع الفرق الفنية المتخصصة في حالات الإصلاحات الكبرى.

المتطلبات

• الخبرة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة المثبتة كمشغل مولدات غاز، وتحديداً في قطاع النفط والغاز.

• المؤهل العلمي: دبلوم فني أو مؤهل يعادله.

• الكفاءة الفنية: خبرة عملية قوية في الأنظمة التي تعمل بالغاز، لوحات التحكم في المولدات، ومبادئ الكهرباء الأساسية.

• الجاهزية الميدانية: القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل في الظروف الميدانية؛ ويفضل من لديه خبرة في مواقع الحفر أو الآبار.

• معرفة الأنظمة: يفضل من لديه إلمام بأنظمة مولدات Caterpillar أو Cummins أو ما يماثلها.

• التوفر: يجب أن يكون المتقدم متاحاً للالتحاق الفوري بالعمل ومن داخل دولة الكويت.
