Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Manage and supervise civil works to ensure all construction meets architectural specifications and quality standards.
Material Quality: Oversee material testing and selection to guarantee the structural integrity and durability of the housing units.
Cost & Estimation: Perform accurate quantity surveying, cost estimation, and budget monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
Site Safety: Implement and enforce rigorous HSE protocols to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
Team Leadership: (For Foremen) Coordinate daily site labor activities and ensure operational timelines are met efficiently.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the same field/position is mandatory.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.
Location: Must hold a valid and transferable residency in Kuwait (Local candidates only).
Mobility: Possession of a valid driving license and a private vehicle is highly preferred for site accessibility.
Expertise: Deep understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and project documentation.

المسئوليات
الإشراف على المشروع: إدارة وتوجيه الأعمال المدنية لضمان مطابقة الإنشاءات للمواصفات المعمارية ومعايير الجودة.
جودة المواد: الإشراف على اختيار واختبار المواد الإنشائية لضمان سلامة وديمومة الوحدات السكنية.
حساب التكاليف: إجراء حصر دقيق للكميات وتقدير التكاليف ومراقبة الميزانية طوال مراحل المشروع.
السلامة الموقعيه: تطبيق وفرض بروتوكولات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة بصرامة لضمان بيئة عمل خالية من الحوادث.
القيادة الميدانية: (للمراقبين) تنسيق الأنشطة اليومية للعمالة في الموقع وضمان تنفيذ الجداول الزمنية بكفاءة.
المتطلبات
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات مثبتة في نفس المجال والمسمى الوظيفي (شرط أساسي).
المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في الهندسة أو التخصصات الفنية ذات الصلة.
الإقامة: يجب امتلاك إقامة صالحة وقابلة للتحويل داخل دولة الكويت.
التنقل: يفضل من لديه رخصة قيادة سيارة خاصة لسهولة التنقل والوصول إلى الموقع.
الكفاءة: فهم عميق لمنهجيات البناء، لوائح السلامة، والتوثيق الفني للمشاريع.
