Position

• ELV & Automation Technician

Responsibilities

• Security Systems: Lead the professional installation and ongoing maintenance of advanced security cameras (CCTV) and smart door lock systems.

• Home Automation: Deploy and configure sophisticated home automation systems to create seamless, intelligent living environments.

• Technical Maintenance: Conduct diagnostic checks and provide efficient repair services for ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems to ensure maximum reliability for clients.

• Client Integration: Test and commission newly installed systems, ensuring they meet the specific functional needs of the smart home or office environment.

Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar role involving ELV or smart home technology.

• Visa Status: Must possess a valid and transferable residency visa (Article 18) within Kuwait.

• Availability: Priority will be given to candidates who are immediate joiners.

• Skills: Strong technical proficiency in security hardware, networking basics, and automation control systems.

المسئوليات

• الأنظمة الأمنية: قيادة عمليات التركيب المهني والصيانة الدورية لكاميرات المراقبة المتقدمة وأنظمة أقفال الأبواب الذكية.

• أتمتة المنازل: تركيب وتكوين أنظمة أتمتة المنازل المتطورة لخلق بيئات معيشية ذكية ومتكاملة.

• الصيانة الفنية: إجراء الفحوصات التشخيصية وتقديم خدمات الإصلاح الفعالة لأنظمة الجهد المنخفض (ELV) لضمان أعلى مستويات الموثوقية.

• التشغيل التجريبي: اختبار وتشغيل الأنظمة المثبتة حديثاً لضمان مطابقتها للاحتياجات الوظيفية للعملاء في المنازل والمكاتب الذكية.

المتطلبات

• الخبرة: من سنتين إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة المثبتة في دور مشابه يتعلق بأنظمة ELV أو تكنولوجيا المنازل الذكية.

• حالة الإقامة: يجب امتلاك إقامة صالحة وقابلة للتحويل (مادة 18) داخل دولة الكويت.

• التوفر: الأولوية للمرشحين المتاحين للبدء فوراً.

• المهارات: كفاءة فنية عالية في التعامل مع أجهزة الأمن، أساسيات الشبكات، وأنظمة التحكم في الأتمتة.
