المسؤوليات

• الفنيون: تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة الدورية، استكشاف الأعطال، وإجراء الإصلاحات الدقيقة للأنظمة الدوارة والكهربائية وأجهزة القياس.

• المشرفون: الإشراف على سير عمل الصيانة، إدارة أداء الفريق، وضمان امتثال جميع الأنشطة للمعايير الفنية ومعايير السلامة الصارمة.

• ضمان أقصى وقت تشغيل للمعدات والكفاءة التشغيلية ضمن إطار عقد التشغيل والصيانة.

• إجراء فحص تشخيصي مفصل وتنفيذ جداول الصيانة الوقائية.

• التعاون مع الفرق الهندسية لحل المشكلات التقنية المعقدة وتحسين أداء الأنظمة.

المتطلبات

• خبرة مهنية مثبتة في الدور الفني أو الإشرافي المحدد المتقدم إليه.

• خلفية قوية في بيئات التشغيل والصيانة (O&M).
