Responsibilities

• Audit Leadership: Manage and execute end-to-end audit engagements, ensuring all procedures align with international auditing standards.

• Compliance Oversight: Guarantee total compliance with financial reporting frameworks and local regulatory requirements.

• Strategic Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive audit findings and recommendations to senior management.

• Team Supervision: Guide and mentor junior audit staff, reviewing their work to maintain the firm’s quality benchmarks.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and regulators, facilitating smooth communication during the audit process.

Requirements

• Professional Background: Proven experience within a Big Four firm is mandatory.

• Certification: ACA or CA qualification is highly preferred; candidates with ACCA or CPA are also encouraged to apply.

• Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in auditing methodologies, financial reporting, and complex compliance frameworks.

• Soft Skills: Proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

المسئوليات

• قيادة التدقيق: إدارة وتنفيذ عمليات التدقيق من البداية إلى النهاية، مع ضمان توافق كافة الإجراءات مع معايير التدقيق الدولية.

• الرقابة والامتثال: ضمان الامتثال التام لأطر التقارير المالية والمتطلبات التنظيمية المحلية.

• التقارير الاستراتيجية: إعداد وتقديم نتائج وتوصيات التدقيق الشاملة للإدارة العليا.

• الإشراف على الفريق: توجيه وتدريب صغار المدققين ومراجعة أعمالهم لضمان الحفاظ على معايير الجودة في المؤسسة.

• التواصل المؤسسي: العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية مع العملاء والجهات الرقابية، وتسهيل التواصل خلال عملية التدقيق.

المتطلبات

• الخلفية المهنية: خبرة مثبتة في إحدى شركات التدقيق الأربع الكبرى (Big Four) شرط أساسي.

• المؤهل المهني: يفضل بشدة الحاصلون على شهادة ACA أو CA؛ كما تُقبل طلبات الحاصلين على ACCA أو CPA.

• المعرفة الفنية: خبرة عميقة في منهجيات التدقيق، التقارير المالية، وأطر الامتثال المعقدة.

• المهارات الشخصية: عقلية استباقية وتحليلية مع القدرة على قيادة الفرق وإدارة الأولويات المتعددة تحت الضغط.

• ملاحظة: الأفضلية للمرشحين من الجنسية الهندية أو السريلانكية.
