Job Position
Business Development Specialist
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the real estate sector across GCC markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, real estate agencies, and investors.
Expand the company’s real estate portfolio by acquiring new property listings for the platform.
Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms with clients and partners.
Promote the company’s real estate platform and services to potential business partners.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and property promotions.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
Monitor business performance and provide regular reports on business development activities.
Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities across GCC countries.
Requirements
Candidates must be currently residing inside Kuwait.
Must hold a transferable residency (Visa Article 18).
Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential.
Immediate availability to join the team.

المسؤوليات
تحديد وتطوير فرص عمل جديدة داخل القطاع العقاري في أسواق دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
بناء وصيانة علاقات قوية مع ملاك العقارات، المطورين، المكاتب العقارية، والمستثمرين.
توسيع المحفظة العقارية للشركة من خلال الاستحواذ على قوائم عقارية جديدة للمنصة.
التفاوض على اتفاقيات الشراكة والشروط التجارية مع العملاء والشركاء.
الترويج لمنصة الشركة وخدماتها العقارية لشركاء الأعمال المحتملين.
إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد الاتجاهات الجديدة، وأنشطة المنافسين، وفرص النمو.
العمل عن كثب مع فرقي المبيعات والتسويق لدعم توليد الفرص والترويج للعقارات.
إعداد مقترحات الأعمال، العروض التقديمية، واتفاقيات الشراكة.
مراقبة أداء الأعمال وتقديم تقارير دورية عن أنشطة تطوير الأعمال.
تمثيل الشركة في الفعاليات الصناعية والمعارض وفرص التواصل عبر دول الخليج.
المتطلبات
التواجد حالياً داخل دولة الكويت فقط.
إقامة قابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).
إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثاً وكتابة).
الجاهزية للالتحاق بالعمل فوراً.
