Job Position

• Warehouse Officer

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Direct daily activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and dispatch.

• Telecom Specifics: Manage specialized tracking for high-value equipment such as antennas, RRUs, Wireless/MW Cards, and various cabling systems.

• Inventory & Logistics: Maintain optimal stock levels, implement FIFO rotation, and coordinate cost-effective transportation.

• Ledger Expertise: Maintain daily accuracy of the warehouse ledger using advanced Excel proficiency.

• Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and schedule staff while fostering a safe and collaborative work culture.

• Reporting: Generate regular analytical reports on inventory status, productivity, and dead stock management.

• Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health, safety (OSHA), and security standards, including hazardous material handling.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar logistical role.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for daily ledger and data management.

• Technical familiarity with telecommunications equipment and components.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

• Deep understanding of safety protocols (OSHA) and inventory rotation methodologies.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• إدارة العمليات: توجيه الأنشطة اليومية للمستودع بما في ذلك الاستلام، التخزين، مراقبة المخزون، تلبية الطلبات، والشحن.

• تخصص الاتصالات: إدارة وتتبع المعدات المتخصصة وعالية القيمة مثل الهوائيات (Antennas)، وحدات الـ RRU، والبطاقات اللاسلكية، وأنواع الكابلات المختلفة.

• المخزون والخدمات اللوجستية: الحفاظ على مستويات المخزون المثلى، تطبيق نظام (FIFO) لتدوير المخزون، وتنسيق النقل بفعالية من حيث التكلفة.
