Requirements
Education: University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in warehouse management specifically within Kuwait.
Technical Expertise: Strong background in managing heavy equipment and providing direct supervision to mechanical teams.
Domain Knowledge: Extensive familiarity with gabbro (Salboukh) stockpiling and construction material logistics.
Leadership: Exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to lead diverse field teams.
Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Full supervision of daily warehouse activities to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
Maintenance Management: Monitoring periodic maintenance schedules for heavy machinery to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
Team Leadership: Allocating tasks to the workforce and monitoring on-site performance and productivity.
Logistics Optimization: Organizing storage and stockpiling operations in accordance with approved safety and engineering standards.↚
Reporting: Preparing detailed technical and administrative reports for senior management review.

المؤهل العلمي: شهادة جامعية في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو تخصص تقني ذو صلة.

الخبرة الفنية: خلفية قوية في إدارة المعدات الثقيلة والإشراف المباشر على الفرق الميكانيكية.
المعرفة الميدانية: دراية واسعة بعمليات تشوين الصلبوخ ولوجستيات المواد الإنشائية.
القيادة: مهارات تنظيمية استثنائية وقدرة مثبتة على قيادة فرق العمل الميدانية المتنوعة.
المسؤوليات
الإشراف التشغيلي: الإشراف الكامل على أنشطة المخزن اليومية لضمان دقة المخزون بنسبة 100%.
إدارة الصيانة: متابعة جداول الصيانة الدورية للمعدات الثقيلة لتقليل فترات التوقف وضمان استمرارية العمل.
قيادة الفريق: توزيع المهام على القوى العاملة ومراقبة الأداء الميداني والإنتاجية.
تحسين اللوجستيات: تنظيم عمليات التخزين والتشوين وفقاً لمعايير السلامة والهندسة المعتمدة.
التقارير: إعداد تقارير فنية وإدارية مفصلة لمراجعتها من قبل الإدارة العليا.
