Job Summary | ملخص الوظيفة
The Trade Marketing Officer is responsible for preparing performance reports, sales analysis and controlling trade activities. The role also includes preparing credit advices and ensuring they are compliant with proof of performance requirements.
تتولى وظيفة Trade Marketing Officer مسؤولية إعداد تقارير الأداء، تحليل المبيعات، ومتابعة الأنشطة التجارية. وتشمل الوظيفة أيضًا إعداد إشعارات الائتمان والتأكد من توافقها مع متطلبات إثبات الأداء.
Job Responsibilities | المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- Handle the POSM process and track inventory and trade executions.
- Track trade activity implementation.
- Prepare, communicate and administer Perfect Store KPIs.
- Conduct market visits to audit visibility, availability, expiries, planograms, FIFO, promotion areas, MSL and checkouts.
- Prepare credit advice with the agreed proof of performance under division guidelines.
- Maintain and update the digital price list and catalogues when required.
- Liaise with the sales team on e-commerce customers to ensure core SKUs are listed with proper images, title, description, samples and price.
- Follow up on promotion trade licenses and required ministry permits.
- Generate reports, analysis and presentations based on business needs.
- التعامل مع عملية مواد نقاط البيع POSM ومتابعة المخزون والتنفيذ التجاري.
- متابعة تنفيذ الأنشطة التجارية داخل السوق.
- إعداد مؤشرات Perfect Store والتواصل بشأنها وإدارتها.
- تنفيذ زيارات ميدانية لمراجعة الظهور، التوفر، تواريخ الانتهاء، مخططات العرض، FIFO، مناطق العروض، قائمة المنتجات الأساسية، ونقاط الدفع.
- إعداد إشعارات الائتمان مع إثبات الأداء المتفق عليه ضمن إرشادات القسم.
- تحديث قائمة الأسعار الرقمية والكتالوجات عند الحاجة.
- التنسيق مع فريق المبيعات بخصوص عملاء التجارة الإلكترونية لضمان إدراج المنتجات الأساسية بالصور والعناوين والوصف والعينات والأسعار المناسبة.
- متابعة تراخيص العروض والتصاريح المطلوبة من الوزارة.
- إعداد التقارير والتحليلات والعروض التقديمية وفق احتياجات العمل.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Team player with adaptability and quick learning ability.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Expert user of Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, detail orientation and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Good command of both Arabic and English.
- Transferable residency.
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
