1- Employee Relations & Health and Safety Specialist
Responsibilities:
Various activities conducted by the employee relation & health and safety supervisor in order to ensure that day-to-day operations of the employee support Department are conducted efficiently.
Ensure that the department objectives are effectively communicated across the department and a line of sight is created between individual jobholders and the departmental / sector strategy.
Assists the employee support manager to implement various HR Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines for the Department.
Direct the employee grievances process to ensure fairness and efficiency.
Contribute to employee retention via appropriate treatment and solutions.
Take the necessary investigation and disciplinary actions promptly, fairly and in accordance with labor law.
Ensure effective implementation of the exit interviews for leaving staff and ensure all contractual obligations and settle all respective terms to ensure full legal and contractual protection for stc.
All administration of employee support like onboarding, end of employment, employee profile updated, employee services, etc.
Ensure that the employee profiles are maintained accurately.
Implement procedures based on management approval.
Implement health and safety measures.
Monitor implementations and raise any issues to the Management.
Ensure that the social security deductions are in order for both nationals and GCC employees.
Provide periodic reports for PIFSS.
Apply strict level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to work performance.
Liaise with various sectors and departments to effectively respond to customer requests and any internal queries in order to ensure smooth processing of transactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Fluent English and Arabic skills (written and spoken) required.
Relevant experience.
2- Recruitment Administrator
Job Role:
Proactively Process & Coordinate all activities pertaining to HR such as employees benefits i.e. Health insurance, leave,
insurance benefits, employee cost budget & arrange for overseas travel etc.
Responsibilities:
Conduct analyses, to determine the required staff’s numbers and skills needed to meet the organization’s objectives.
To ensure that the HR systems are updated regularly and work closely with other department to maintain updated systems and database.
Checks the personal records of employees; passports, work permits etc.
Responsible for FTE recruitment in liaison with company policy & procedure.
Arrange for Overseas travel and book flight tickets and Hotel reservations.
Enter the staff details in ERP & issue the staff ID.
Arrange for Staff Badge for both existing and new staff.
To ensure that newly joined staff added in company insurance membership.
To ensure the Cancellation of terminated / resigned staff the Insurance membership.
Responsible for Terminated/Resigned staff Clearance process.
Provide administrative support to HR Manager and Chief Officer HR.
Liaison with other departments for day- to-day activities.
To process any additional assignment given by the Management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Fluent English and Arabic skills (written and spoken) required.
Relevant experience.
