Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Growth: Administer field sales plans and processes to achieve sales objectives and revenue growth for your assigned region or product line.
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Identify new and existing business opportunities, assess customer needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and follow up on quotes to secure new business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with regional and local management teams to coordinate customer requests and product/service promotions.
- Sales Coordination: Collaborate with inside sales teams and provide competitor and supplier insights to the product management team.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in existing sales processes and systems to increase efficiency.
- Customer Relations: Engage with skeptical customers, explain the value proposition, and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Mentorship: Provide advice and training to less experienced field sales staff as required.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales or business development, preferably within the logistics or forwarding industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Customer-Focused: Ability to manage relationships and offer solutions tailored to customer needs.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- استراتيجية النمو والمبيعات: إدارة خطط المبيعات الميدانية لتحقيق الأهداف وزيادة الإيرادات في منطقتك أو خط المنتجات المخصص.
- اكتساب العملاء والاحتفاظ بهم: تحديد الفرص التجارية الجديدة والقديمة، وتقييم احتياجات العملاء، وتقديم حلول مخصصة.
- العروض التقديمية والمقترحات: إعداد وتقديم العروض التقديمية والمقترحات، والمتابعة مع العملاء لإغلاق الصفقات.
- التعاون: العمل عن كثب مع الفرق المحلية والإقليمية لتنسيق طلبات العملاء والترويج للمنتجات والخدمات.
- تنسيق المبيعات: التعاون مع فرق المبيعات الداخلية وتوفير رؤى عن المنافسين والموردين لفريق إدارة المنتجات.
- تحسين العمليات: تحديد مناطق التحسين في العمليات والأنظمة الحالية لزيادة الكفاءة.
- علاقات العملاء: التعامل مع العملاء المتشككين وشرح قيمة العرض وإرشادهم خلال عملية اتخاذ القرار.
- التوجيه والإرشاد: تقديم النصائح والتدريب للموظفين الميدانيين الأقل خبرة حسب الحاجة.
المؤهلات
- التعليم: شهادة بكاليريوس أو خبرة معادلة.
- الخبرة: 5 سنوات على الأقل في المبيعات أو تطوير الأعمال، ويفضل أن تكون في صناعة اللوجستيات أو الشحن.
- المهارات الاتصالية: مهارات كتابية وشفوية ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- التركيز على العميل: القدرة على إدارة العلاقات وتقديم الحلول التي تلبي احتياجات العملاء.
