Position: Director of Operations
Details
As Director of Operations, you will play a crucial role in the successful management of the hotel's operations, ensuring that all Heads of Department exceed their revenue and guest satisfaction targets. You will lead the operational strategy, manage key property issues, and oversee the delivery of exceptional guest service, all while ensuring operational efficiency and cost control.
Requirements
A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
Strong commercial acumen, preferably with experience in Food and Beverage or Rooms Management
Proven experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results
In-depth knowledge of the hotel, leisure, or service sector
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team to exceed targets
Resilience and the ability to work effectively under pressure
Experience in the same or similar role is highly advantageous
Knowledge of hotel property management systems is a plus
