- Spazio Design and Construction was founded in Kuwait in 2005 by a solid group of highly experienced architects, engineers and project managers. In the beginning, we mainly did consulting work on residential homes. Role Description
- Design, plan, and oversee the construction of commercial and high-end building projects from start to finish.
- Supervise construction sites and address ongoing operational needs.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Coordinate with project teams and contractors to ensure timely and successful project completion
- Identify potential risks and implement solutions to maintain project quality and efficiency
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary
Requirements:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Interior design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
- • Proven experience in civil engineering for commercial projects.
- • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- • Kuwait driving license

- تصميم وتخطيط والإشراف على بناء المشاريع التجارية والبناء الراقية من البداية إلى النهاية.
- الإشراف على مواقع البناء ومعالجة الاحتياجات التشغيلية المستمرة.
- إدارة ميزانيات المشاريع والجداول الزمنية والموارد بشكل فعال.
- التنسيق مع فرق المشروع والمقاولين لضمان إكمال المشروع في الوقت المناسب وبنجاح
- تحديد المخاطر المحتملة وتنفيذ الحلول للحفاظ على جودة المشروع وكفاءته
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية حسب الضرورة
متطلبات:
- • درجة البكالوريوس في التصميم الداخلي أو الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- • خبرة مثبتة في الهندسة المدنية للمشاريع التجارية.
- • معرفة قوية بأساليب البناء والمواد واللوائح.
- • مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتواصل والعمل الجماعي
