Sales Executive
Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Executive, based in Shuwaikh. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, presenting vehicle options, and providing detailed vehicle information.
- They will manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience. Additional responsibilities include handling customer follow-ups, achieving sales targets, and staying informed about Audi's newest models and features to provide expert guidance to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, customer relationship management, and effective communication
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicle specifications and features
- Ability to build rapport with customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Experience in using CRM platforms and other sales-related systems is beneficial
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Service Advisor
Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site Service Advisor role based in Sharq. The selected candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions for vehicle servicing.
- Daily responsibilities include coordinating vehicle maintenance appointments, ensuring effective communication with customers, and delivering high-quality aftersales support.
- The Service Advisor will also work closely with the service team to ensure timely and satisfactory service outcomes.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients
