Senior Presales Engineer
Job Description
- • Lead the technical presales activities for Light Current, Audio Visual, and Security Systems solutions.
- • Analyze customer requirements, identify gaps, and design optimized technical solutions that meet business and technical needs.
- • Prepare detailed proposals, BOQs, system designs, and technical presentations for customers and system integrators.
- • Provide expert consultation on solution architecture, product selection, and system integration.
- • Conduct site surveys, evaluate project conditions, and ensure proposed solutions match site requirements.
- • Collaborate closely with sales teams to support the full presales cycle and maximize deal win rates.
- • Deliver technical workshops, product demos, and training sessions for clients and system integrators.
- • Engage with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best technical and commercial offers.
- • Support the sales team in negotiations by providing technical justification and value-based selling arguments.
- • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitors’ solutions within light current, AV, and security domains.
Job Requirements
- • 5 to 8 years of experience in presales for Light Current, Audio Visual, and Security Systems.
- • Strong technical knowledge of:
- • CCTV & Surveillance Systems
- • Access Control & Time Attendance
- • Fire Alarm & Public Address
- • Audio Visual (LED screens, videowalls, conferencing systems)
- • Structured Cabling & Networking basics
- • Experience in solution design, technical proposals, BOQ preparation, and system integration.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
- • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- • Ability to conduct site surveys and interpret drawings (AutoCAD is a plus).
- • Experience dealing with system integrators and contractors.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Communication / Related field).
- • Valid driver’s license

مهندس مبيعات أول
المسمى الوظيفي
- • قيادة أنشطة ما قبل البيع الفنية لحلول التيارات الضوئية والأنظمة السمعية والبصرية وأنظمة الأمن.
- • تحليل متطلبات العملاء، وتحديد الثغرات، وتصميم الحلول التقنية الأمثل التي تلبي احتياجات العمل والاحتياجات التقنية.
- • إعداد مقترحات مفصلة، وقوائم الكميات، وتصميمات النظام، والعروض الفنية للعملاء ومُتكاملي النظام.
- • تقديم استشارات الخبراء بشأن هندسة الحلول واختيار المنتجات وتكامل النظام.
- • إجراء مسوحات للموقع، وتقييم ظروف المشروع، والتأكد من أن الحلول المقترحة تتطابق مع متطلبات الموقع.
- • التعاون بشكل وثيق مع فرق المبيعات لدعم دورة ما قبل البيع الكاملة وتعظيم معدلات الفوز بالصفقات.
- • تقديم ورش عمل فنية وعروض توضيحية للمنتجات وجلسات تدريبية للعملاء ومُتكاملي النظام.
- • التواصل مع البائعين والموردين للحصول على أفضل العروض الفنية والتجارية.
- • دعم فريق المبيعات في المفاوضات من خلال توفير المبررات الفنية وحجج البيع القائمة على القيمة.
- • الحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء الرئيسيين وضمان مستوى عال من رضا العملاء.
- • البقاء على اطلاع على اتجاهات الصناعة والتقنيات الجديدة وحلول المنافسين في مجالات التيار الخفيف والصوتيات والبصريات والأمن.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- • خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في المبيعات المسبقة لأنظمة التيارات الضوئية والأنظمة السمعية والبصرية وأنظمة الأمن.
- • معرفة تقنية قوية في:
- • أنظمة كاميرات المراقبة والدوائر التلفزيونية المغلقة
- • التحكم في الوصول وتسجيل الحضور والانصراف
- • إنذار الحريق والخطاب العام
- • الوسائط السمعية والبصرية (شاشات LED، جدران الفيديو، أنظمة المؤتمرات)
- • أساسيات الكابلات الهيكلية والشبكات
- • الخبرة في تصميم الحلول والمقترحات الفنية وإعداد فواتير الكميات ودمج النظام.
- • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض والتعامل مع العملاء.
- • القدرة القوية على حل المشكلات والتحليل.
- • القدرة على إجراء مسوحات الموقع وتفسير الرسومات (يعتبر برنامج AutoCAD ميزة إضافية).
- • خبرة في التعامل مع مُتكاملي الأنظمة والمقاولين.
- • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (الكهرباء / الاتصالات / مجال ذي صلة).
