Key Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders, answer questions, and make menu recommendations.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Serve meals and drinks in accordance with established standards and presentation guidelines.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables and clearing dishes.
Engineering Coordinator
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating daily activities within the engineering department.
- Maintain accurate records of engineering projects, schedules, and maintenance activities.
- Support project management tasks, including tracking progress and updating relevant documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication between the engineering team and other hotel departments.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement of engineering materials and equipment.
Cost Controller

- Monitor and analyze daily operational costs, identifying variances and trends.
- Collaborate with department heads to track and manage departmental budgets.

- نقل الطلبات إلى المطبخ والتأكد من تسليم الأطعمة والمشروبات بشكل دقيق وفي الوقت المناسب.
- تقديم الوجبات والمشروبات وفقًا للمعايير المحددة وإرشادات العرض.
- التعامل مع استفسارات الضيوف ومخاوفهم وطلباتهم بسرعة وبكل أدب.

منسق الهندسة
