What You Will Do
Lead and manage the In-Room Dining (IRD) and Private Bar operations by coaching, scheduling, and evaluating your team to uphold Four Seasons’ standards. Inspire your team through training, recognition, and effective performance management. Oversee menu planning and amenity setup ensuring creative, guest-friendly, and flawless presentations. Deliver personalized, attentive in-room service and maintain strong guest relations by handling special requests and resolving concerns professionally. Collaborate with culinary and restaurant teams to ensure top-quality offerings. Manage costs, scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and cash control. Regularly inspect guest rooms to ensure setup and service quality meet brand standards. Support your team hands-on when needed and maintain a clean, harmonious work environment.
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a similar role at a five-star luxury hotel in the Middle East.
Fluent in spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and time management abilities.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize, solve problems, and adapt quickly.
