Passenger Service Specialist - ATGHS (USN)
Location: Kuwait
Job type: Full-time
Responsibilities
-
Perform all tasks related to safe and accurate Air Terminal operations following management directives, regulations, and policies
-
Ensure passenger services comply with AFI 24-605, DTR 4500.9-R, and Performance Work Statement (PWS)
-
Verify passenger processing accuracy via automated and manual systems
-
Monitor terminal security equipment maintenance and report issues
-
Manage Lost & Found and mishandled baggage procedures properly
-
Post Space Available and Space Required passenger listings accurately
-
Ensure compliance in personnel training and travel eligibility
-
Work with remote sites for timely passenger information delivery
-
Control and report issues related to government-provided equipment
-
Assist passengers with visa and passport procedures
-
Oversee transportation and lodging for in-transit passengers
-
Verify collection of flight orders per regulations
-
Enforce hazardous/dangerous goods regulations for passenger flights
-
Process Distinguished Visitors in coordination with Protocol office
-
Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
-
Proficient computer skills with the ability to operate various programs
-
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
-
Valid driver’s license and passport from home country with at least 12 months validity from employment date
-
CAC eligible for access to US military installations
-
Minimum 1 year experience in Passenger Terminal Operations Services
-
Extensive knowledge of GATES systems and air terminal/flight-line operations
-
Customer service oriented with great attention to detail and motivation
-
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask

تنفيذ كافة المهام المتعلقة بتشغيل المحطة الجوية بأمان ودقة وفق توجيهات الإدارة واللوائح والسياسات

ضمان توافق خدمات الركاب مع AFI 24-605 و DTR 4500.9-R وبيان أداء العمل (PWS)
-
التحقق من دقة معالجة الركاب باستخدام الأنظمة الآلية واليدوية
-
مراقبة صيانة معدات أمن المحطة والإبلاغ عن المشاكل
-
إدارة إجراءات المفقودات والأمتعة المضللة بشكل صحيح
-
نشر قوائم الركاب المتاحين والمطلوبين بدقة
-
ضمان الالتزام بتدريب الموظفين والتأهيل للسفر
-
التعاون مع المواقع البعيدة لضمان توصيل معلومات الركاب في الوقت المناسب
-
التحكم في المعدات المقدمة من الحكومة والإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل
-
مساعدة الركاب في مسائل التأشيرات وجوازات السفر
-
الإشراف على إجراءات النقل والإقامة للركاب العابرين
-
التحقق من جمع الطلبات الخاصة بجميع الرحلات حسب اللوائح
-
فرض قواعد البضائع الخطرة المسموح بها على الرحلات
-
معالجة الزوار المميزين بالتنسيق مع مكتب البروتوكول
-
أداء مهام إضافية حسب طلب مدير خدمة الركاب
الشروط
-
مهارات حاسوبية متقدمة وقدرة على تشغيل برامج متعددة
-
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية قراءة وكتابة ومحادثة
-
رخصة قيادة وجواز سفر ساريان من بلد الإقامة لمدة 12 شهراً على الأقل من تاريخ التوظيف
-
أهلية للحصول على بطاقة CAC للدخول إلى المنشآت العسكرية الأمريكية
-
خبرة سنة واحدة على الأقل في خدمات تشغيل محطات الركاب
-
معرفة واسعة بأنظمة GATES وعمليات المحطات الجوية وخطوط الطيران
-
مهارات عالية في خدمة العملاء ودقة وتحفيز
-
مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على تعدد المهام
