HR Coordinator cum PRO (Fluent in Arabic)
- We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated HR Coordinator cum Public Relations Officer (PRO) who is fluent in Arabic to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support while also managing public relations activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and issues.
- - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- - Manage employee relations matters and assist in resolving conflicts or issues.
- - Act as the company's PRO, liaising with government authorities and processing visa applications and other legal documents.
- - Represent the company at various events and functions as required.
Requirements:
- - Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
- - Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- - Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
- - Experience in public relations or related field is a plus.
- - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- - Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
