Job Title: Marketing Officer
Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that strengthen the company’s brand presence and support business growth. The role includes managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistency across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitors.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns with defined budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
Oversee social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Create and manage content including text, visuals, videos, and infographics.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.
Interact with customers online by responding to inquiries and comments professionally.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing activities.
Ensure all marketing materials are consistent with brand identity and quality standards.
Coordinate with agencies and vendors for promotional and advertising efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in marketing or social media management.

سيكون موظف التسويق مسؤولًا عن تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويقية تعزز حضور العلامة التجارية وتدعم نمو الأعمال، مع إدارة حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي، وتصميم المحتوى، وتنفيذ الحملات الترويجية بما يواكب هوية الشركة.

المهام الرئيسية

تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تسويق شاملة تتماشى مع أهداف الشركة.
إجراء بحوث السوق لتحديد الفئات المستهدفة ودراسة المنافسين والاتجاهات.
إعداد وتنفيذ خطط تسويقية تشمل الميزانية والجداول الزمنية ومؤشرات الأداء.
إدارة جميع منصات التواصل الاجتماعي (فيسبوك، إنستغرام، تويتر، لينكدإن) لزيادة التفاعل والانتشار.

إجادة استخدام أدوات إنشاء المحتوى ومنصات إدارة وسائل التواصل.
