1-Guest Relations Officer (Female Kuwaiti Nationals Only)
Summary
- You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
- The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. You will ensure to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception within the Rooms Division.
Qualifications
- For Female Kuwaiti nationals only.
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 1 year work experience in related field.
- Bilingual - Arabic & English.
- Excellent customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
2-Hostess (Arabic Speaker)
Summary
- You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
- The Hostess is responsible to assist with receiving guests in the hotel's restaurants,
- manages the inventory of the outlet, and assists the service staff whenever necessary.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
- Preferably bilingual speaker (Arabic & English).
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
3-Barista (Arabic Speaker)
Summary
- You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers.
- The Barista needs to be creative in crafting the best beverages, exceptional levels of interpersonal skills and demonstrating a tailor-made experience to our guests.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience in hotel operations.
- Preferably bilingual speaker (Arabic & English).
- Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Assist with the daily running of the bar operation.
- Offer a quick and efficient service.
- Prepare and serve drinks to the highest standard.
- Ensure of high level hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
- Well presented, punctual and enthusiastic.
- Experience in high end standalone restaurant working environment.
- Pro-active, ability and multi-task, use own initiative, work under pressure.
- Team player with a positive mindset.
- Genuine passion for what they do, ability to engage in a warm friendly style.
4-Team Leader - Security (Female Kuwaiti Nationals Only)
Summary
- You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
- The Team Leader - Security is responsible to assist in the smooth operations of the security operations. You need to ensure that the CCTV room is properly manned and a proper system is in place, to check all visitors and SOPs are strictly followed and adhered.
Qualifications
- For Female Kuwaiti nationals only.
- Ideally with a professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.
- Minimum 1 year work experience in related field.
- Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are an asset.
5-Waiter (Arabic Speaker)
Summary
- The Waiter is responsible to serve food & beverage to guests in the assigned place of work, and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management
