Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Laundry Supervisor at Majestic Arjaan by Rotana in Kuwait City. The Laundry Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing laundry services, managing communication within the team, handling linens inventory, and supervising daily laundry operations.
Qualifications
- Supervisory skills, communication, and laundry services expertise
- Experience in managing and organizing laundry operations
- Knowledge of linen maintenance and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in laundry services is a plus
