Technical Support & Trainer of intraoral Scanner
Responsibilities -
- Responsible for managing the technical support of customer’s complains on intraoral Scanner, collect and summarize after-sales data, and offer suggestions for products improvement.
- Organization of regular on-line/off-line training sessions on intraoral Scanner with Eighteeth partners.
- Compilation and maintenance of the Company’s intraoral Scanner training documents.
- Support & speak in relevant exhibitions and conferences.

Responsibilities -

- Organization of regular on-line/offline training sessions on CBCT with Eighteeth partners.
- Compilation and maintenance of the Company’s CBCT training documents.
- Support & speak in relevant exhibitions and conferences.

المسؤوليات -
- المسؤول عن إدارة الدعم الفني لشكاوى العملاء على الماسح الضوئي داخل الفم، وجمع وتلخيص بيانات ما بعد البيع، وتقديم اقتراحات لتحسين المنتجات.
- تنظيم جلسات تدريبية منتظمة عبر الإنترنت/خارج الإنترنت على الماسح الضوئي داخل الفم مع شركاء Eighteeth.
- تجميع وصيانة وثائق تدريب الماسح الضوئي داخل الفم للشركة.
- الدعم والتحدث في المعارض والمؤتمرات ذات الصلة.
دعم فني ومدرب لجهاز التصوير المقطعي المحوري
المسؤوليات -
- المسؤول عن إدارة الدعم الفني لشكاوى العملاء على CBCT، وجمع وتلخيص بيانات ما بعد البيع، وتقديم اقتراحات لتحسين المنتجات.
- تنظيم جلسات تدريبية منتظمة عبر الإنترنت/غير متصلة بالإنترنت حول التصوير المقطعي المحوسب مع شركاء Eighteeth.
- تجميع وصيانة وثائق تدريب CBCT الخاصة بالشركة.
- الدعم والتحدث في المعارض والمؤتمرات ذات الصلة.
