Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory or cost accounting

• Strong proficiency in Oracle ERP (Inventory and Cost Management modules preferred)

• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities

• Preferably candidates with a construction background

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile inventory sub-ledger with general ledger using Oracle Inventory and GL modules

• Perform month-end and year-end inventory close activities

• Validate inventory valuation and monitor cost variances

• Analyze inventory transactions including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments

• Maintain item master data, cost setups, and ensure inventory transaction accuracy

• Support Oracle system upgrades and data migration

• Prepare inventory schedules and documentation for audits

• Generate inventory valuation and cost variance reports

• Provide insights on slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend provisions

• Support physical and cycle counts and reconcile results

• التحقق من تقييم المخزون ومراقبة تباينات التكلفة

• تحليل معاملات المخزون بما في ذلك الاستلام، الإصدار، النقل والتعديلات

• الحفاظ على بيانات المادة الرئيسية، إعدادات التكلفة، وضمان دقة معاملات المخزون

• دعم ترقيات نظام أوراكل وترحيل البيانات

• إعداد جداول المخزون والوثائق المطلوبة للتدقيق

• إعداد تقارير تقييم المخزون وتباين التكلفة

• تقديم تحليلات للمخزون البطيء الحركة أو القديم وتوصية باحتياطيات
