Internal Audit Consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Develop risk-based annual audit plans aligned to corporate objectives.
- Lead end-to-end audit engagements (scoping, fieldwork, testing, reporting).
Risk Assessment
- Facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize key financial, operational, IT, and compliance risks.
- Update the organization’s risk register and audit universe.
Control Evaluation
- Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of internal controls (process walkthroughs, substantive testing).
- Recommend enhancements to policies, procedures, and system controls.
Reporting & Follow-Up
- Draft clear, actionable audit reports with risk ratings and management action plans.
- Track remediation progress and validate closure of audit findings.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Present findings to audit committee, senior leaders, and external auditors.
- Coach process owners on control best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Pay: KD500.000 - KD800.000 per month

- قيادة مهام التدقيق الشاملة (التحديد، العمل الميداني، الاختبار، إعداد التقارير).
تقييم المخاطر
- تسهيل ورش العمل لتحديد أولويات المخاطر المالية والتشغيلية وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والامتثال الرئيسية.
- تحديث سجل المخاطر الخاص بالمنظمة وعالم التدقيق.
تقييم الرقابة
- تقييم فعالية التصميم والتشغيل للضوابط الداخلية (الجولات التفصيلية في العملية، والاختبار الموضوعي).
- التوصية بإجراء تحسينات على السياسات والإجراءات وضوابط النظام.
التقارير والمتابعة
