QA/QC Inspector (Steel Structure Workshop)

About the Role:

• We are seeking a QA/QC Inspector (Workshop) to ensure the quality and compliance of fabricated steel components and materials within our workshop. 
• The ideal candidate will conduct inspections, perform testing, and maintain quality records to uphold industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Conduct in-process and final inspections of fabricated steel components, raw materials, and consumables.
• · Oversee inspection, testing, and approval of received materials and fabricated components to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• · Implement inspection hold points at all production stages.
• · Perform non-destructive and destructive testing to verify structural integrity.
• · Document and report non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.
• · Maintain accurate quality records and inspection reports.
• · Provide feedback and recommendations to improve fabrication processes.
• · Assist the Senior QA/QC Engineer in enhancing the company's quality management system.
• · Participate in training and development activities to enhance technical and inspection skills.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC within steel fabrication or manufacturing industries.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

مفتش ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (ورشة الهياكل الفولاذية)

حول الدور:

• نحن نبحث عن مفتش ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (ورشة عمل) لضمان جودة وامتثال مكونات ومواد الفولاذ المصنعة داخل ورشة العمل الخاصة بنا. 
• سيتولى المرشح المثالي إجراء عمليات التفتيش وإجراء الاختبارات والحفاظ على سجلات الجودة للحفاظ على معايير الصناعة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• · إجراء عمليات التفتيش أثناء العملية والنهائية لمكونات الفولاذ المصنعة والمواد الخام والمواد الاستهلاكية.
• · الإشراف على فحص واختبار واعتماد المواد المستلمة والمكونات المصنعة لضمان الامتثال للمواصفات والمعايير.
• · تنفيذ نقاط تفتيش في جميع مراحل الإنتاج.
• · إجراء اختبارات غير مدمرة ومدمرة للتحقق من سلامة البنية التحتية.
• · توثيق حالات عدم المطابقة والإبلاغ عنها ومتابعة الإجراءات التصحيحية.
• · الحفاظ على سجلات الجودة الدقيقة وتقارير التفتيش.
• · تقديم الملاحظات والتوصيات لتحسين عمليات التصنيع.
• · مساعدة مهندس ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة الرئيسي في تحسين نظام إدارة الجودة في الشركة.
• · المشاركة في أنشطة التدريب والتطوير لتعزيز المهارات الفنية والتفتيشية.

المؤهلات:

• التعليم: دبلوم أو درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية، أو إدارة الجودة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
• الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في مجال ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة في صناعات تصنيع الصلب أو التصنيع.

مهارات:

• معرفة قوية بالتصنيع واللحام ومعايير الجودة.
• الكفاءة في قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والمواصفات الفنية.
• خبرة في أساليب الاختبار غير المدمرة (NDT).
• مهارات ممتازة في التوثيق وإعداد التقارير.
• الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والقدرة على حل المشاكل.
