Junior Operations Engineer  

Key Responsibilities:Inbound Operations

• Assist with receiving goods into the warehouse in a timely and accurate manner.
• Track product discrepancies such as expiry dates, damages, or mismatches.
• Collaborate on forecasting and inbound planning.

Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee closure of GRNs, investigate shipment discrepancies, and collaborate with purchasing to amend purchase orders.
• Manage inventory accuracy through stock audits, cycle counts, and monitoring of FIFO practices.
• Supervise outbound processes including packing, shipment handover, and debriefing of non-delivered orders.
• Monitor driver performance, shipment timelines, and reverse logistics.
• Prepare and analyze reports on inventory, logistics performance, and operational KPIs.
• Lead small teams and provide on-the-ground support to address and resolve operational challenges.

مهندس عمليات مبتدئ  

المسؤوليات الرئيسية: العمليات الواردة

• المساعدة في استلام البضائع إلى المستودع في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة دقيقة.
• تتبع التناقضات في المنتج مثل تواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية أو الأضرار أو عدم التطابق.
• التعاون في التنبؤ والتخطيط الوارد.

ضابط العمليات

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• الإشراف على إغلاق إشعارات الإرجاع، والتحقيق في التناقضات في الشحنات، والتعاون مع قسم المشتريات لتعديل أوامر الشراء.
• إدارة دقة المخزون من خلال عمليات تدقيق المخزون، وعدد الدورات، ومراقبة ممارسات FIFO.
• الإشراف على العمليات الصادرة بما في ذلك التعبئة وتسليم الشحنة وإحاطة الطلبات غير المسلمة.
• راقب أداء السائق وجداول الشحن والخدمات اللوجستية العكسية.
• إعداد وتحليل التقارير المتعلقة بالمخزون وأداء الخدمات اللوجستية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية التشغيلية.
