School Director SY2026
Al-Bayan International School is seeking an experienced, visionary School Director to lead a dynamic international school in the 2026-2027 school year.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in education, educational leadership, administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Educational Administration/Principal certification is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience as Director (preferred) or extensive experience as a Principal (preferably K-12)
- Proven ability to lead school accreditation processes (ideally CIS).
- Experience in inclusion or leading an inclusive school environment (required).
- Experience working internationally, especially in multicultural school environments (preferred).
- Understanding of the unique dynamics of working in the Middle East or similar regions.
- Familiarity with American curriculum (AERO standards, CCSS, NGSS).
- Track record of data-driven decision-making, using internal (MAP) and external assessments.
- Ability to develop, manage, and oversee school budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Ability to demonstrate experience leading IDEA initiatives in a school setting, with a clear commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful school climate.
- Experience recruiting teachers and leaders.

مدير المدرسة SY2026
تبحث مدرسة البيان الدولية عن مدير مدرسة ذو خبرة ورؤية ثاقبة لقيادة مدرسة دولية ديناميكية في العام الدراسي 2026-2027.
متطلبات:
- - درجة الماجستير في التربية أو القيادة التربوية أو الإدارة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- يُفضل بشدة الحصول على شهادة في الإدارة التعليمية/شهادة مدير المدرسة.
- خبرة سابقة كمدير (مفضل) أو خبرة واسعة كمدير (يفضل من مرحلة رياض الأطفال إلى الصف الثاني عشر)
- القدرة المؤكدة على قيادة عمليات اعتماد المدارس (يفضل CIS).
- خبرة في الدمج أو قيادة بيئة مدرسية شاملة (مطلوب).
- خبرة في العمل على المستوى الدولي، وخاصة في البيئات المدرسية متعددة الثقافات (مفضل).
- فهم الديناميكيات الفريدة للعمل في الشرق الأوسط أو المناطق المماثلة.
- - المعرفة بالمناهج الأمريكية (معايير AERO، CCSS، NGSS).
- سجل حافل باتخاذ القرارات المستندة إلى البيانات، باستخدام التقييمات الداخلية (MAP) والخارجية.
- القدرة على تطوير وإدارة والإشراف على ميزانيات المدارس، وضمان التوافق مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية.
- القدرة على إثبات الخبرة في قيادة مبادرات IDEA في بيئة مدرسية، مع التزام واضح بتعزيز مناخ مدرسي آمن وشامل ومحترم.
- خبرة في توظيف المعلمين والقادة.
