Join JEREH as an Experienced HSE Engineer – Impact Safety in the Oil & Gas Sector

Play a critical role in safeguarding operations at one of Kuwait’s key oil and gas projects. If you have strong engineering expertise in health, safety, and environment (HSE) and thrive in fast-paced international environments, this is your chance to join a leading corporation.

Responsibilities

• Design safety-related plans, reports, and safety philosophy documents.

• Manage active and passive firefighting systems, fire zoning, and hazard detection.

• Coordinate and review safety designs and professional documentation.

• Guide the HSE team and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

• Participate in internal and client meetings as necessary.

• Perform other assigned duties by leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years in oil and gas or related industries.

• Familiarity with international project safety frameworks.

• Overseas work experience with over 5 years in safety design roles.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation skills.

• Strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.

• Preferably candidates residing in Kuwait with transferable Article 18 visa.

المسؤوليات

• تصميم خطط وتقارير ومبادئ السلامة المتعلقة بالتصميم.

• إدارة أنظمة مكافحة الحرائق النشطة والسلبية وتقسيم مناطق الحريق واكتشاف المخاطر.

• تنسيق ومراجعة تصميمات السلامة والوثائق المهنية.

• توجيه فريق HSE وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة.

• حضور الاجتماعات الداخلية واجتماعات العملاء حسب الحاجة.

• أداء مهام أخرى يكلفك بها القائد.

المتطلبات

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات، منها 3 سنوات في صناعة النفط والغاز أو المجالات ذات الصلة.

• معرفة بإطارات السلامة الدولية للمشاريع.

• خبرة عمل في الخارج مع أكثر من 5 سنوات في تصميم السلامة.

• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية ومهارات التواصل.

• إتقان برامج MS Office والعرض التقديمي.

• روح فريق جيدة، مهارات حل مشكلات، والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.

• يفضل أن يكون المرشحون متواجدين في الكويت بتأشيرة قابلة للنقل (المادة 18).
