Risk Analyst II

Job Summary:

• Risk Analyst II is a crucial role in risk management and reporting within the organization.
•  The responsibilities will encompass a wide range of risk management tasks, including risk assessment, risk mitigation follow-up and reporting and develop/assist in implementing organization wide business continuity/disaster recovery plan.

Education, Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce/Law or related field.
• Professional Certifications such as CA, FRM and CIA
• 5-7 years of audit/risk experience
• Healthcare experience in Risk or Audit function preferred
• Ability to prepare and analyze Financial Risk Indicators (Market/Liquidity/Credit)
• Exposure to business continuity and disaster recovery risk management, Business impact analysis
• Understanding of IT Risk management will be an added advantage
• Ability to conduct Operational/Financial risk assessments, develop risk registers, conduct follow-ups/validation of the mitigation plan.

ملخص الوظيفة:

• يعتبر محلل المخاطر II من الأدوار المهمة في إدارة المخاطر وإعداد التقارير داخل المنظمة.
•  ستشمل المسؤوليات مجموعة واسعة من مهام إدارة المخاطر، بما في ذلك تقييم المخاطر ومتابعة التخفيف من المخاطر وإعداد التقارير وتطوير/المساعدة في تنفيذ خطة استمرارية الأعمال/التعافي من الكوارث على مستوى المنظمة.

التعليم والمؤهلات والمهارات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المالية أو التجارة/القانون أو مجال ذي صلة.
• الشهادات المهنية مثل CA وFRM وCIA
• 5-7 سنوات من الخبرة في التدقيق/المخاطر
• يفضل الخبرة في مجال الرعاية الصحية في وظيفة المخاطر أو التدقيق
• القدرة على إعداد وتحليل مؤشرات المخاطر المالية (السوق / السيولة / الائتمان)
• التعرض لإدارة مخاطر استمرارية الأعمال والتعافي من الكوارث، وتحليل تأثير الأعمال
• سيكون فهم إدارة مخاطر تكنولوجيا المعلومات ميزة إضافية
• القدرة على إجراء تقييمات المخاطر التشغيلية / المالية، وتطوير سجلات المخاطر، وإجراء عمليات المتابعة / التحقق من صحة خطة التخفيف.
