🌟 Available Positions

1. Project Manager

• Civil Engineer with at least 15 years of experience in construction and fit-out of high-rise towers.

• The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage large-scale projects, coordinate teams, and deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.

2. Design Manager

• Architect Engineer with 15 years of experience in fit-out projects.

• Candidates must demonstrate strong design leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to turn creative visions into reality through strategic planning and execution.

✅ Responsibilities

• Project Manager

  • Lead and oversee construction and fit-out activities of high-rise projects.

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success.

  • Monitor project timelines, resources, and budget to ensure smooth execution.

• Design Manager

  • Manage all phases of design for interior fit-out projects.

  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure design integrity.

  • Guide the design process from concept through to final delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the field (as per the role).

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Previous experience in managing large-scale or luxury fit-out projects.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

• يفضل من لديه القدرة على إدارة مشاريع واسعة النطاق وتنسيق الفرق وتسليم المشاريع بجودة عالية وفي الوقت المحدد.

2. مدير تصميم

• مهندس معماري بخبرة 15 عامًا في مشاريع التشطيب الداخلي.

• يجب أن يتمتع المتقدم بقدرة عالية على القيادة التصميمية والانتباه للتفاصيل وتحويل الرؤية الإبداعية إلى واقع عملي.

✅ المسؤوليات

• مدير مشروع

  • قيادة والإشراف على أنشطة البناء والتشطيب في المشاريع عالية الارتفاع.

  • التنسيق مع العملاء والاستشاريين والفرق الداخلية لضمان نجاح المشروع.

  • مراقبة الجداول الزمنية والموارد والميزانيات لضمان تنفيذ سلس.

• مدير تصميم

  • إدارة جميع مراحل التصميم لمشاريع التشطيب الداخلي.

  • التواصل مع المعماريين والمهندسين والفرق في الموقع لضمان مطابقة التصميم.

  • توجيه العملية التصميمية من الفكرة حتى التسليم النهائي.

🎯 المتطلبات

• خبرة لا تقل عن 15 سنة في المجال (حسب الدور المطلوب).

• مهارات قيادية واتصال قوية.

• خبرة سابقة في إدارة مشاريع واسعة النطاق أو مشاريع تشطيب فاخرة.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، وتعد العربية ميزة إضافية.
