Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enforce safety regulations in the KOC North Kuwait Area Operation & Maintenance project.

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures on-site.

• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.

• Report and document safety incidents and corrective actions.

• Support training and awareness programs for site personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, or Mathematics OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of oil & gas field safety officer experience.

• At least one safety certification course completed (NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH preferred).

• Valid basic first aider certificate.
  OR

• Secondary school pass certificate with NEBOSH certification and 10 years of oil & gas safety officer experience including at least one safety course.

• OSHA and IOSH certifications will be an advantage.

• Must hold Article No. 18 visa holders only.

• Previous KOC approval is a plus.

Additional Details:

• Contract Period: 09/08/2025 to 08/09/2025, with possible 3-month extension.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• متابعة وتنفيذ أنظمة السلامة في مشروع التشغيل والصيانة لمنطقة شمال الكويت لدى KOC.

• ضمان الالتزام بسياسات وإجراءات السلامة في الموقع.

• إجراء عمليات تفتيش وتقييم المخاطر.

• إعداد تقارير الحوادث واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.

• دعم برامج التدريب والتوعية للموظفين في الموقع.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• شهادة بكالوريوس في الكيمياء أو الفيزياء أو الرياضيات أو دبلوم في الهندسة الميكانيكية.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمسؤول سلامة ميداني في قطاع النفط والغاز.

• إتمام دورة واحدة على الأقل في السلامة (يفضل NEBOSH أو OSHA أو IOSH).

• شهادة إسعافات أولية سارية.
  أو

• شهادة الثانوية العامة مع شهادة NEBOSH وخبرة 10 سنوات في سلامة النفط والغاز بما في ذلك دورة واحدة على الأقل في السلامة.

• شهادات OSHA و IOSH تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

• مخصص لحاملي تأشيرة مادة 18 فقط.

• وجود موافقة سابقة من KOC تعتبر ميزة.

التفاصيل الإضافية:

• فترة العقد: من 09/08/2025 إلى 08/09/2025 مع إمكانية تمديد 3 أشهر.

• راتب تنافسي وفق معايير الصناعة.
