Requirements

For KG2 Teacher:

• Excellent English skills

• Previous experience in nurseries or early childhood education

• Friendly and professional demeanor

• Strong organizational skills

For Branch Coordinator (Native Speakers Only):

• Native English speaker

• Proven leadership and coordination skills

• Previous experience in nurseries or early childhood education

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Professional and friendly personality

Responsibilities

KG2 Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons

• Foster a nurturing and safe classroom environment

• Support children's emotional, social, and intellectual growth

• Collaborate with staff and maintain strong communication with parents

Branch Coordinator:

• Oversee daily branch operations

• Coordinate between teachers and administrative staff

• Ensure high educational standards and smooth classroom management

• Serve as the primary contact for parents and external communication

• Lead and motivate the branch team

المسؤوليات

معلمة KG2:

• تقديم دروس تفاعلية مناسبة لعمر الأطفال

• توفير بيئة صفية آمنة ومحفزة

• دعم النمو العاطفي والاجتماعي والفكري للأطفال

• التعاون مع الفريق والتواصل الفعال مع أولياء الأمور

منسقة فرع:

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للفرع

• التنسيق بين المعلمات والطاقم الإداري

• ضمان جودة التعليم والانضباط داخل الصفوف

• التواصل مع أولياء الأمور والجهات الخارجية

• قيادة الفريق وتحفيزه لتحقيق التميز
