Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Labour in a batch plant or as a Batch Plant Operator

• Familiarity with Ocmer, Mika, and Alcon batch plants

• Strong understanding of concrete production and materials

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy equipment

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills in English and Arabic

• Computer literate with experience in automated batching systems

• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the concrete batch plant

• Monitor and control the concrete mixing process

• Maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment to ensure smooth operation

• Ensure that concrete products meet customer and quality standards

• Adhere to safety guidelines and contribute to a safe work environment

• معرفة باستخدام الكمبيوتر وأنظمة التشغيل المحوسبة

• إلمام بلوائح وإجراءات السلامة

المهام والمسؤوليات

• الإشراف على تشغيل مصنع الخرسانة

• مراقبة والتحكم في عملية خلط الخرسانة

• صيانة المعدات ومعالجة الأعطال لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة

• ضمان جودة المنتجات الخرسانية وفقًا لمعايير العملاء

• الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والمساهمة في بيئة عمل آمنة
