Technician - Plumbing & Fire Fighting

• Description The Technician for Plumbing & Fire Fighting will be responsible for installation and maintenance of pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing requirements, as well as installation and maintenance of the fire protection system which includes all materials associated with fire alarm, sprinkler systems and fire hydrants.
•  Your Responsibilities Plumbing Work from plans, sketches, blueprints, work orders or other instructions; interpret plans and specifications Prepare estimates of time and materials for new construction or repair work Install, repair, and maintain pipes for carrying water, sewage, gas and other liquids Install, maintain/regulate, repair, and replace plumbing lines, fixtures, fittings and equipment Install, 

• repair and test back flow prevention devices Maintain inventory of parts, fixtures, tools and other shop equipment Inspect work done by contractors for adherence to codes and specifications Maintain service records, inspection records, and other documentation/report as needed Fire Fighting Install and carry out routine and preventive maintenance of all fire protection and alarm systems and equipment including hoses and hydrants Attend to any fire related emergencies Check and maintain fire protection supplies Identify faults and troubleshoot fire systems Complete necessary documentation/reports pertaining to all work undertaken such as daily maintenance and inspection reports and maintain database and manual filing system Liaise with Fire Protection Engineer for supply of spare parts and check compliance with standards Liaise with Project Engineers regarding commissioning of new equipment, review documentation and conduct necessary tests Assists the Fire Inspectors with the fire inspections Your Qualifications Related Trade Certification Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience

• Your Proficiencies Ability to operate power tools, gauges, and diagnostic or specialized equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, sketches, manuals, equipment check list, control diagrams, and work orders Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability Communication skills and ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with co-workers, architects/engineers and other professionals Ability to maintain simple records and prepare accurate reports

• الوصف سيكون فني السباكة ومكافحة الحرائق مسؤولاً عن تركيب وصيانة الأنابيب وأنظمة الصرف الصحي ومتطلبات السباكة الأخرى، بالإضافة إلى تركيب وصيانة نظام الحماية من الحرائق الذي يشمل جميع المواد المرتبطة بإنذار الحرائق وأنظمة الرشاشات ومحابس الحرائق.
•  مسؤولياتك أعمال السباكة من الخطط والرسومات والمخططات وأوامر العمل أو التعليمات الأخرى؛ تفسير الخطط والمواصفات إعداد تقديرات الوقت والمواد لأعمال البناء الجديدة أو الإصلاح تركيب وإصلاح وصيانة الأنابيب لنقل المياه والصرف الصحي والغاز والسوائل الأخرى تركيب وصيانة/تنظيم وإصلاح واستبدال خطوط السباكة والتجهيزات والتجهيزات والمعدات تركيب، 

• إصلاح واختبار أجهزة منع التدفق العكسي الحفاظ على مخزون الأجزاء والتجهيزات والأدوات ومعدات المتجر الأخرى فحص العمل الذي يقوم به المقاولون للتأكد من الالتزام بالرموز والمواصفات الاحتفاظ بسجلات الخدمة وسجلات التفتيش وغيرها من الوثائق / التقارير حسب الحاجة مكافحة الحرائق تثبيت وإجراء الصيانة الروتينية والوقائية لجميع أنظمة ومعدات الحماية من الحرائق والإنذار بما في ذلك الخراطيم والصنابير الحضور إلى أي حالات طوارئ متعلقة بالحريق فحص وصيانة إمدادات الحماية من الحرائق تحديد الأخطاء واستكشاف أخطاء أنظمة الحرائق وإصلاحها إكمال الوثائق / التقارير اللازمة المتعلقة بجميع الأعمال التي تم القيام بها مثل تقارير الصيانة اليومية والتفتيش والحفاظ على قاعدة البيانات ونظام الملفات اليدوي الاتصال بمهندس الحماية من الحرائق لتوريد قطع الغيار والتحقق من الامتثال للمعايير الاتصال بمهندسي المشروع فيما يتعلق بتشغيل المعدات الجديدة ومراجعة الوثائق وإجراء الاختبارات اللازمة مساعدة مفتشي الحرائق في عمليات تفتيش الحرائق مؤهلاتك شهادة تجارية ذات صلة خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات

• مهاراتك القدرة على تشغيل الأدوات الكهربائية والمقاييس والمعدات التشخيصية أو المتخصصة القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات والرسومات التخطيطية والرسومات والأدلة وقائمة التحقق من المعدات ومخططات التحكم وأوامر العمل القدرة الممتازة على التفكير النقدي وحل المشكلات مهارات التواصل والقدرة على فهم واتباع التعليمات الشفهية والمكتوبة القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني وتعاوني مع زملاء العمل والمهندسين المعماريين / المهندسين وغيرهم من المهنيين القدرة على الاحتفاظ بسجلات بسيطة وإعداد تقارير دقيقة
