Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, or similar software
Ability to produce photorealistic renderings
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities:
Develop design concepts, floor plans, and 3D visualizations
Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, specifications, and BOQs
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers
Select materials, finishes, lighting, and décor in line with project vision
Monitor site progress to ensure design intent is met

المسؤوليات:
تطوير مفاهيم التصميم، المخططات، والتصورات ثلاثية الأبعاد
إعداد رسومات مفصلة، لوحات المزاج، المواصفات، وكميات المواد (BOQ)
التنسيق مع المهندسين، المقاولين، والموردين
اختيار المواد والتشطيبات والإضاءة والديكور بما يتوافق مع رؤية المشروع
متابعة تقدم العمل في الموقع لضمان تنفيذ التصميم بدقة
