Senior QA/QC Specialist

Job description

• The Senior QA/QC Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products and services within the Oil & Gas industry. 
• This position involves overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes to meet industry standards and regulations.
•  The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in QA/QC methodologies, a strong understanding of industry standards, and the ability to lead teams effectively.
•  This role is vital for maintaining the integrity of operations and ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and policies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of processes and products to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.↚  
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections.
• Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection plans and test reports.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and conduct evaluations as necessary.
• Lead root cause analysis for non-conformance issues and implement preventive measures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in QA/QC methodologies.

Preferred Candidate:

• Proven experience in QA/QC within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in quality management software and tools.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.

• يلعب أخصائي ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة دورًا حاسمًا في ضمان جودة وامتثال المنتجات والخدمات داخل صناعة النفط والغاز. 
• يتضمن هذا المنصب الإشراف على عمليات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة لتلبية معايير الصناعة واللوائح.
•  يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي خبرة واسعة في منهجيات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة ، وفهم قوي لمعايير الصناعة، والقدرة على قيادة الفرق بشكل فعال.

• التعاون مع فرق الهندسة والإنتاج لمعالجة مشكلات الجودة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
• إعداد تقارير مفصلة حول مقاييس الجودة وتقديم النتائج إلى الإدارة.
• التنسيق مع المراجعين الخارجيين والهيئات التنظيمية أثناء عمليات التفتيش.
• مراجعة واعتماد وثائق الجودة، بما في ذلك خطط التفتيش وتقارير الاختبار.
• مراقبة أداء جودة الموردين وإجراء التقييمات حسب الضرورة.
• إجراء تحليل السبب الجذري لقضايا عدم المطابقة وتنفيذ التدابير الوقائية.
• ابق على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات الصناعة والتقدم في منهجيات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة.
