💼 Open Positions & Descriptions

1. Project Manager (Civil / Fit-Out)

• Lead the execution of civil and interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Manage teams, subcontractors, schedules, and project budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site personnel to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols.
• 10+ years’ experience in managing large-scale construction or fit-out projects required.

2. Design Manager (Architectural / Fit-Out)

• Oversee all architectural and interior design development for projects.
• Coordinate between design consultants, project managers, and contractors.
• Ensure that the final design meets client expectations and project constraints.
• Manage design documentation, revisions, and approvals.
• Background in architecture with 10+ years’ design leadership experience preferred.

3. MEP Manager

• Supervise all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of the project.
• Review shop drawings, MEP coordination, and installation activities.
• Ensure MEP systems are executed as per codes and specifications.
• Manage subcontractors and liaise with project management and consultants.
• Requires 10+ years of MEP experience in construction projects.

4. BIM Manager

• Lead Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy and execution.
• Coordinate BIM standards, models, and deliverables across teams.
• Train and support project teams in BIM tools and workflows.
• Ensure models are accurate, clash-free, and meet LOD requirements.
• Minimum 8 years of BIM and digital construction experience required.

5. Planning Engineer (Civil)

• Develop and monitor project schedules using tools like Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of works.
• Track progress, delays, and update stakeholders accordingly.
• Create progress reports and forecasting plans.
• Must have 5–10 years of planning experience in civil projects.

6. Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Manage cost planning, estimation, and budget control for projects.
• Prepare BOQs, tender evaluations, and cost reports.
• Negotiate contracts and handle payment certifications and variations.
• Support project control through cost monitoring and forecasting.
• 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying and cost control is a must.

7. BIM Engineer

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for coordination and visualization.
• Detect clashes and resolve issues with design and construction teams.
• Support the BIM Manager with model reviews and technical tasks.
• Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans.
• 3–5 years' experience with Revit/Navisworks in construction modeling.↚  

8. Senior Contracts Administrator

• Draft, evaluate, and manage construction contracts and subcontracts.
• Support procurement and legal teams in resolving disputes or claims.
• Review terms, conditions, and commercial clauses.
• Maintain contract records and compliance documentation.
• At least 8 years of experience in contract administration is essential.

9. MEP Coordinator

• Coordinate all MEP works between design and site execution teams.
• Resolve clashes and ensure smooth integration of services on-site.
• Facilitate inspections, approvals, and installation sequencing.
• Work closely with MEP consultants, contractors, and site engineers.
• 5+ years in MEP coordination roles in major construction projects required.

10. Site Engineer (Civil)

• Supervise site works and ensure they comply with drawings and specs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and track daily progress.
• Conduct inspections and ensure site safety practices are followed.
• Report site issues and progress to the Project Manager.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil site supervision needed.

11. Procurement Officer

• Source materials, equipment, and services per project needs.
• Negotiate with suppliers to get the best quality and cost.
• Track orders, delivery timelines, and inventory.
• Maintain vendor relations and accurate procurement records.
• 3–6 years of procurement experience preferred.

12. Design Coordinator

• Coordinate all design activities between consultants and internal teams.
• Ensure drawings are updated, approved, and aligned with site needs.
• Track changes and communicate updates across departments.
• Assist the Design Manager with documentation and control.
• Ideal candidate has an architectural background with 3–5 years’ experience.

13. HSE Officer

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Conduct daily inspections, toolbox talks, and safety audits.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure workers are properly trained and equipped.
• 5+ years in safety roles, preferably with NEBOSH/OSHA certification.

14. Civil Supervisor / Foreman

• Manage daily civil site operations, workforce, and work execution.
• Assign tasks, ensure productivity, and enforce safety protocols.
• Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
• Report issues and progress to site engineers.

💼 الوظائف المتاحة  

1. مدير المشروع (المدني / التجهيز)

• قيادة تنفيذ مشاريع التشطيبات المدنية والداخلية من البداية حتى الانتهاء.
• إدارة الفرق والمقاولين من الباطن والجداول الزمنية وميزانيات المشاريع.
• التنسيق مع العملاء والمستشارين وموظفي الموقع لضمان نجاح المشروع.
• ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والجداول الزمنية وبروتوكولات السلامة.
• مطلوب خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع البناء أو التجهيز واسعة النطاق.

2. مدير التصميم (المعماري / التجهيز)

• الإشراف على كافة أعمال تطوير التصميم المعماري والداخلي للمشاريع.
• التنسيق بين مستشاري التصميم ومديري المشاريع والمقاولين.
• تأكد من أن التصميم النهائي يلبي توقعات العميل وقيود المشروع.
• إدارة وثائق التصميم والمراجعة والموافقات.
• يفضل أن تكون الخلفية في الهندسة المعمارية مع خبرة قيادة التصميم لمدة 10 سنوات على الأقل.

3. مدير MEP

• الإشراف على جميع الجوانب الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة للمشروع.
• مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية وتنسيق أعمال الميكانيكا والسباكة والكهرباء وأنشطة التثبيت.
• تأكد من تنفيذ أنظمة MEP وفقًا للرموز والمواصفات.
• إدارة المقاولين من الباطن والتنسيق مع إدارة المشروع والاستشاريين.
• يتطلب 10+ سنوات من الخبرة في مجال الهندسة الكهربائية والميكانيكية في مشاريع البناء.

4. مدير BIM

• قيادة استراتيجية وتنفيذ نمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM).
• تنسيق معايير BIM والنماذج والمنتجات النهائية بين الفرق.
• تدريب ودعم فرق المشروع في أدوات BIM وسير العمل.
• تأكد من أن النماذج دقيقة وخالية من التضارب وتلبي متطلبات مستوى التفاصيل.
• مطلوب خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال BIM والبناء الرقمي.

5. مهندس تخطيط (مدني)

• قم بتطوير ومراقبة جداول المشروع باستخدام أدوات مثل Primavera P6.
• التنسيق مع فرق المشروع لضمان تنفيذ الأعمال في الوقت المناسب.

7. مهندس BIM

• تطوير وصيانة نماذج BIM ثلاثية الأبعاد للتنسيق والتصور.
• اكتشاف التعارضات وحل المشكلات مع فرق التصميم والبناء.
• دعم مدير BIM بمراجعة النموذج والمهام الفنية.
• ضمان الامتثال لخطط تنفيذ BIM.
• 3-5 سنوات من الخبرة في استخدام برنامج Revit/Navisworks في نمذجة البناء.↚  

8. مدير عقود أول

• صياغة وتقييم وإدارة عقود البناء والعقود الفرعية.
• دعم فرق المشتريات والفرق القانونية في حل النزاعات أو المطالبات.
• مراجعة الشروط والأحكام والبنود التجارية.
• الحفاظ على سجلات العقد ووثائق الامتثال.
• من الضروري أن يكون لديك خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة العقود.

9. منسق  

• تنسيق جميع أعمال الهندسة الكهربائية والميكانيكية بين فريق التصميم وفريق تنفيذ الموقع.
• حل التعارضات وضمان التكامل السلس للخدمات في الموقع.
• تسهيل عمليات التفتيش والموافقات وتسلسل التثبيت.
• العمل بشكل وثيق مع مستشاري MEP والمقاولين ومهندسي الموقع.
• مطلوب خبرة 5+ سنوات في أدوار تنسيق الهندسة الكهربائية والميكانيكية في مشاريع البناء الكبرى.

10. مهندس موقع (مدني)

• الإشراف على أعمال الموقع والتأكد من أنها تتوافق مع الرسومات والمواصفات.
• التنسيق مع المقاولين من الباطن وتتبع التقدم اليومي.
• إجراء عمليات التفتيش والتأكد من اتباع ممارسات السلامة في الموقع.
• الإبلاغ عن مشاكل الموقع والتقدم المحرز إلى مدير المشروع.
• يشترط خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الإشراف على المواقع المدنية.

11. مسؤول المشتريات

• مصادر المواد والمعدات والخدمات حسب احتياجات المشروع.
• التفاوض مع الموردين للحصول على أفضل جودة وتكلفة.
• تتبع الطلبات وجداول التسليم والمخزون.
• الحفاظ على علاقات البائعين وسجلات المشتريات الدقيقة.
• يفضل أن تكون الخبرة في مجال المشتريات من 3 إلى 6 سنوات.

12. منسق التصميم

• تنسيق جميع أنشطة التصميم بين الاستشاريين والفرق الداخلية.
• تأكد من تحديث الرسومات والموافقة عليها وتوافقها مع احتياجات الموقع.
• تتبع التغييرات وإبلاغ التحديثات عبر الأقسام.
• مساعدة مدير التصميم في التوثيق والتحكم.
• المرشح المثالي لديه خلفية معمارية مع خبرة تتراوح من 3 إلى 5 سنوات.

13. مسؤول الصحة والسلامة والبيئة

• تطبيق قوانين الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في الموقع.
• إجراء عمليات تفتيش يومية، ومحادثات صندوق الأدوات، وعمليات تدقيق السلامة.
• التحقيق في الحوادث وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
• تأكد من تدريب العمال وتجهيزهم بشكل صحيح.
• أكثر من 5 سنوات في أدوار السلامة، ويفضل أن يكون حاصلاً على شهادة NEBOSH/OSHA.

14. مشرف مدني / رئيس عمال

• إدارة العمليات اليومية للموقع المدني، والقوى العاملة، وتنفيذ العمل.
• تعيين المهام، وضمان الإنتاجية، وتطبيق بروتوكولات السلامة.
• التنسيق مع المهندسين والمقاولين من الباطن لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
• الإبلاغ عن المشكلات والتقدم المحرز إلى مهندسي الموقع.
• يتطلب خبرة عملية (7+ سنوات) في الإشراف على مواقع البناء.
