Job Title:

Batch Plant Operator (Concrete)
Location: Kuwait (Local Applicants Only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee concrete batch plant processes efficiently.

• Monitor and adjust the batching process to meet required specifications.

• Maintain and service batching equipment and related machinery.

• Ensure production meets quality and safety standards.

• Collaborate with site and logistics teams for smooth delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of production data.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in or operating a batch plant.

• Familiarity with Ocmer, Mika, and Alcon batch plant systems.

• Solid understanding of concrete production and materials.

• Mechanical aptitude with ability to operate heavy equipment.

• Proficient in both English and Arabic communication.

• Experience using computerized batch plant control systems.

• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile inventory sub-ledger with general ledger using Oracle Inventory and GL modules

• Perform month-end and year-end inventory close activities

• Validate inventory valuation and monitor cost variances

• Analyze inventory transactions including receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments

• Maintain item master data, cost setups, and ensure inventory transaction accuracy

• Support Oracle system upgrades and data migration

• Prepare inventory schedules and documentation for audits

• Generate inventory valuation and cost variance reports

• Provide insights on slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend provisions

• Support physical and cycle counts and reconcile results

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تشغيل ومتابعة عمليات محطة خلط الخرسانة بكفاءة.

• مراقبة وضبط عملية الخلط حسب المواصفات المطلوبة.

• صيانة المعدات والآلات الخاصة بعملية الخلط.

• ضمان الجودة والسلامة في الإنتاج.

• التنسيق مع الفرق الميدانية واللوجستية لضمان التسليم السلس.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.

• تحليل معاملات المخزون بما في ذلك الاستلام، الإصدار، النقل والتعديلات

• الحفاظ على بيانات المادة الرئيسية، إعدادات التكلفة، وضمان دقة معاملات المخزون

• دعم ترقيات نظام أوراكل وترحيل البيانات

• إعداد جداول المخزون والوثائق المطلوبة للتدقيق
