المسؤوليات

• الإشراف على العمليات الأكاديمية في الحضانة

• وضع أهداف تعليمية واضحة وضمان تنفيذها

• مراقبة أداء المعلمات وتقييمه

• اقتراح وتنفيذ استراتيجيات تطوير قابلة للتطبيق

• تعزيز ثقافة التطوير المهني والعمل الجماعي
