✅ Responsibilities

For Salesman/Saleslady:

• Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent service

• Maintain visual display and cleanliness of the showroom

• Process orders, invoices, and track deliveries

• Follow up with clients and manage walk-in sales targets

For Sales Manager:

• Supervise and motivate the sales team

• Ensure achievement of monthly sales goals

• Oversee inventory, pricing, and client relations

• Report to upper management with performance updates

• متابعة العملاء وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات

بالنسبة لمدير المبيعات:

• الإشراف على فريق المبيعات وتحفيزه

• ضمان تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية

• متابعة المخزون والتسعير وعلاقات العملاء

• رفع تقارير للإدارة العليا عن الأداء والنتائج
