Requirements
Location: Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait.
Residency: Must hold a valid and transferable work permit.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience: * Project Manager: Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, budget oversight, and team leadership.
Site Engineer: Solid experience in on-site execution, coordination, and ensuring technical specifications are met.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and deep knowledge of Kuwaiti construction regulations and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Project Manager: Lead the strategic planning and execution of projects, manage budgets, oversee site safety, and serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
Site Civil Engineer: Direct daily on-site activities, ensure compliance with engineering blueprints, supervise subcontractors, and maintain rigorous quality control standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project delivery and mitigate technical risks.
Documentation: Prepare progress reports, technical logs, and ensure all site documentation is accurate and compliant.

الخبرة:
مدير المشروع: سجل حافل في إدارة المشاريع الإنشائية الكبرى، والإشراف على الميزانيات، وقيادة الفرق.
مهندس الموقع: خبرة ميدانية صلبة في التنفيذ والتنسيق وضمان تلبية المواصفات الفنية.
المهارات: مهارات تواصل قوية، وقدرة على حل المشكلات، ومعرفة عميقة بلوائح الإنشاءات ومعايير السلامة في الكويت.
المسؤوليات
مدير المشروع: قيادة التخطيط الاستراتيجي وتنفيذ المشاريع، إدارة الميزانيات، الإشراف على سلامة الموقع، والعمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية بين أصحاب المصلحة والفرق الفنية.
مهندس الموقع: توجيه الأنشطة الميدانية اليومية، ضمان الامتثال للمخططات الهندسية، الإشراف على مقاولي الباطن، والحفاظ على معايير صارمة لضبط الجودة.
التعاون: العمل الوثيق مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لضمان تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وتقليل المخاطر الفنية.
التوثيق: إعداد تقارير التقدم، والسجلات الفنية، وضمان دقة وامتثال جميع وثائق الموقع.
